I just wanted to say thank you for my recent order. Sadly, our dog of 16 years passed away recently, and with my daughter’s birthday approaching, I had a iPad case made through your service featuring two beautiful pictures— of my daughter and of our dog.
There was a delay with Australia Post (through no fault of yours), but the case thankfully arrived on the morning of her birthday. The look on her face when she saw it was unforgettable. She was absolutely blown away, and I was equally impressed by the quality of the case and how quickly you processed the order. Don't be surprised if you have an influx of orders from Perth as everyone who see the case instantly asked where we got it made.

I ordered a black fabric case with a hand strap for inside the cover
I received a black fake leather case with no hand strap. I emailed Vista Case immediately and a week later have not received a response.
The logo i printed looked pix-elated. Perhaps it was my upload but would have been good if this was flagged before the print. The exterior also shows up marks etc quite easily.

Sent the wrong size cover for MacBook and them blamed me for ordering the wrong size. After I showed the order they admitted they had sent the wrong size and would replace it “soon”. Never sent the right cover. Will be doing a chargeback through my bank.
